No more 'Cultural Shock'

Love of family and friends, business or just pure love for the country draws them back to India. NRIs around the world wait for the academic vacations of their kids to make their trips back home. While each trip rejuvenates and reunites them with their near and dear ones, they also exhaust them.

The change of habitat has it own woes - used to amenities that are considered luxury in India, the assumed stay in India is not all that relaxing. More than the seniors, it is the younger generation that has grown up in a western world who face a 'Cultural Shock'.

But things are changing rapidly. Walled colonies and gated communities are coming up in every city of India. Be it Gujrat or Gurgaon, Kolkatta or Kalyan, these communities, rather townships, spread across acres of land house apartments, penthouses and villas with all the amenities one would wish for.So all you NRIs who are hesitating in making your plans to visit your home town, no time could be better than now to visit and buy your own 'pad' in India. No more exhausting time and no ore cultural shock for the genX.
